A representative from your company (Mitch) did a great job working with me and my family to understand tree removal under the Crow Wing power lines. We have 3 family cabins and he gave us a few options and educated us on various trees. He was patient, professional and understanding. I was really impressed watching him type up notes for tree removal that will take place. This is a well organized company!

I saw a highly motivated worker from New Age Tree Services today cutting limbs along the power lines with real sense of urgency and professionalism. He was very meticulous in what he was doing. Anyways, I decided to offer him some water and soda. We had a brief discussion and I asked him what the pricing was to cut down and dead oak tree. I just had a shoulder/ bicep repair surgery and hernia repair so I’m kind of out of the tree cutting business for a little while. Anyways, I had shared that I was a 100% disabled vet who was wounded, fought cancer three times… One of the owners/workers said he would do this for me out of gratitude. I was really stunned by this very welcome and kind gesture as we have had some financial strains, medical issues, family issues… I cannot give enough accolades

Trimmed ash tree damaged by summer storm. Only tree service that made recommendations on issues I did not notice. Professional service. Arrived on time. Great cleanup. Will recommend to friends and call in the future.

If you are not satisfied with something that was done, they will do everything in their power to make it right. That can't be said about every company. I appreciate the professional approach to a complaint I had.
