New AP Parking

Not a great experience. Used spot hero to book this for an overnight parking spot. Right off the bat most of the employees here are not very friendly and are awkward. Booked for leaving by 5 am but had to leave earlier due to a medical emergency. Despite it being listed as 24/7 staffed no one was there! Luckily I gave them my spare key fob and had leave with my vehicle. I then called after and confirmed my spare key fob was still there which I do appreciate however as I don’t live near by. It took me a while to pick it up and go out of my way to as I do not reside near by. They did not offer to mail it back to me in anyway and tried to blame me for leaving it. You’d be better off just finding parking in the street.
