New Bath Today

Our original bathroom install took place on November 30, 2025. A water leak was detected on December 10, 2025. Installer came back out and fixed that issue. January 19, 2026 the shower base pan cracked and we were advised to no longer use the shower because of safety concerns. On February 1, 2026 the second demo and reinstall took place. That installer stated that this had been the worst Install that he had seen, and that a screw have been used in the pan during installation, which should never have been done. The crack originated with a screw had been placed in the pan. The second install was completed 2 1/2 days later. Shout-out to the New Bath install team—Alex and Ryan did an excellent job on our bathroom shower install. Alex especially stood out. He was kind, patient, and a great listener throughout the entire process, and he truly went above and beyond from a customer-service perspective. His professionalism, communication, and leadership qualities were evident every step of the way—he’s absolutely the kind of person who should be in a management or leadership role.

Alex and Ryan did a tub to shower conversion in our upstairs bathroom. The work performed was done professionally and carefully showing respect for our home. The install required wall preparation, plumbing modification and some caution in cutting-in to preserve the drywall integrity. I must say I have had work performed on our home over the thirty-five years and I have not had anyone as skilled on professional as these two gentlemen. My highest regard.

We were in the market for a new shower and decided to go with New Bath Today because of the first impression we received from Damon, their sales representative. He came to our house to present us with various options. He is a very pleasant young man and we enjoyed conversing with him and having him in our home. We then had a few phone conversations as well to schedule and go over agreement. Those calls were handled well also. Finally we met Brandon and Derick our installers. They were completely professional, courteous and polite at all times. Their work ethics are excellent and their teamwork was flawless. We truly enjoyed their presence in our home as well. Signed contract the first of November. Had to hound them to get a date for install. No communications whatsoever. Finally get a date 10 days before magically they can come earlier after I’ve arranged my schedule for the previous date. So my mom babysits the crew. Supposed to be a 2 man crew we get 1 guy. He’s going to be at the house at 7. Shows up at 830 instead. Spends the whole day calling and texting me telling me what is wrong with what we bought. The anthem valve isn’t made for the small space we have. The floor to ceiling walls are going to have a gap of 4-5 inches because the big wall is too big. Was going to put the locker thing in the middle of my focal wall instead of at the right side where I wanted it in order to get floor to ceiling walls. So I’ll have an ugly white wall lock
