Awesome experience working with New Beginnings. They helped us with an insurance claim and honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Could’ve gone with a cheaper vendor, but I think in the end, their willingness to work with insurance and the professionalism was more than worth the difference. Also, they took pride and really wanted to deliver top quality. It was a pleasure working with these guys.

After a massive tree fell on our house and garage during a hurricane, New Beginnings Construction stepped in to handle the garage rebuild, porch rebuild, and full roof replacement. The level of service began the moment the storm passed. Michael was on-site immediately, jumping into action to get our home tarped and protected from further damage. I found the company through google, they were the first to call me back. We set up an estimate and Micah came out to assess the damage. He was such an amazing person, from the first time we met. Very professional and knowledgeable, we were new to the roof repair thing, bro g first time homeowners. Any question I had, no matter the time of day, Micah would answer. He made sure I understood the process, every step of the way. The communication was great, they sent emails and they even have a portal to keep you in the loop. We are first time customers of New Beginnings and would happily use them again! They put a new roof on our Kiawah beach house and were very professional from the quote phase to the install phase.
