New Blue Construction is an outstanding company. We selected them for complete renovation of our 1923 North Chatt bungalow and really are pleased with the choice. New Blue started by understanding our project goals and plans, asking key early questions we hadn’t fully considered. When we started demo, we found things, both good and not so good, that called for adjusting our priorities and opportunities. They were so good at working with us to think it through. My wife and I have chosen New Blue Construction for our last two major renovation projects. After an amazing kitchen renovation and cedar/stone carport construction a few years ago, I didn't even consider contacting anyone else for our most recent project. A stunning new deck was built, with proper grading and drainage, along with many needed repairs: cedar siding replacement, porch screens, painting, skylight replacements, etc. Both project supervisors have been total professionals and easy to work with and discuss problems/ideas.The carpenters and workers are super talented, diligent and trustworthy. Is it possible to enjoy a full kitchen renovation? Yes! Especially when you have work crews as courteous, organized, and professional as New Blue does. It even extends to the subcontractors they brought in. The work site was always neat and clean when the finished for the day and they went out of their way to accommodate us during the four months they worked on our kitchen (which turned out AWESOME, by the way). I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call on them for any future project and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone getting ready to start a major project like this.
