You have to pay in advance and thus estimate how long an event lasts, plus how much time it takes to drive your car out with dozens of vehicles trying the same. You can only lose in this place: you either pay too much or you get a fine. And the fine is disproportionately high. Why not pay for what you get? Or a flat rate for event parking?

The pay machines at Gateway Parking Garage are a disaster. Always 1 or 2 of them are out of order or they hardly accept your credit card. If you use cash, takes 10 minutes to accept the bills then machine is ALWAYS out of cash to give you your change. Push button for a receipt, forget it- you won't get one... Get it together already, its a damn disgrace!

Terrible and confusing parking situation. If you accidentally choose the wrong number on the park mobile app they give you a $52 ticket with no remorse. Also you have to pre-pay, and it might be hard to know how long you plan to stay. Overall a terrible system - just let me pay at the end with a physical ticket, or don’t get mad when people pick the wrong lot!

Standard parking garage with elevator access. Available spots left are posted on an electronic sign above the entrance. Payment is easily done online. Parking here is more expensive than street parking but is much more guaranteed as the NB area is usually pretty busy.

I know usually write bad reviews. But I use this parking garage to park here. I went to the thing to pay for my parking and it said to use the app because it was down so I used the parking app and paid for my parking spot before I did anything Before I even left where I was parked. Went to dinner met. Some people came back and I had a ticket on my windshield. I called the number on the ticket and they told me that if I sent an email with proof that I paid for my parking space that they would get it out of the system. I did that but a month later I got a ticket in the mail that said I was past the due date by a day or two for $35. I tried calling them and they said they couldn't do anything anymore.
