New Castle Area Transit Authority Garage

Great transit system into Pittsburgh. Drivers are very nice and excellent. Staff is excellent. Way better than PRT.

New castle Pa Transit authority service is excellent. A huge improvement would be to extend at least a few of the bus routes so people with no vehicle can accept employment with hours that exceed past 6 pm. Longer bus hours will definitely help the community as well as the economy.

I didn’t get his name unfortunately but I was trying to get on a bus from Pittsburgh to New Castle and this amazing gentleman helped me through downtown Pittsburgh on the phone and was so helpful even when I had to call again because I was still lost. I do wanna state that me being lost isn’t his fault Pittsburgh is a big city and I’m not from there so having him be willing to help me made everything possible. Communication was amazing and I’ll forever be grateful!

Road the New Castle Transit Authority #71 to downtown Pittsburgh and then 28X airport Express to PIT. Excellent Service. Took about 2 hours from downtown Newcastle to Pittsburgh airport. Normal fare about 7 bucks. Seniors ride for free with senior card

I love riding the bus ,drivers have been very nice , I am New riding the buses, so I don’t know all the ins and outs yet like what bus I catch to go to this place and what bus I get to go to that place. So they answer my questions very nicely, I am a senior, so they give you a yellow bus pass for seniors. Yes, I am very thankful for that.
