New Century Custom Cabinet

I’m not one to gatekeep, so I have to share our amazing experience with New Century Custom Cabinet in San Francisco! This place is a true diamond in the rough – think hole-in-the-wall restaurant with incredible food. It’s tucked away in a warehouse with no fancy showroom, no website, and no social media presence, which initially seemed unusual. But here’s the thing: we didn’t need a pretty showroom. We needed quality work at a fair price, and that’s exactly what we got. Our contractor connected us to New Century after our interior designer’s vendor in Texas quoted us jaw-dropping prices for custom cabinetry. When we met with Tracy, we immediately knew we were in good hands. She has a sharp eye and decades of experience – she caught several oversights in our designer’s plans right away th

Tracy and her team do an outstanding job! We showed up with just a few ideas about what we wanted and Tracy helped us turn our ideas into reality very quickly. She also gave us a bunch of recommendations for things we never would have thought of. The cabinets were to the exact specifications that we needed and look beautiful.

Cabinetry was a big purchase for us, we wanted something beautiful and durable for our family and long-term home. New Century’s customer service, quality and responsiveness were exceptional. Tracy walked us through the design and ordering process and made helpful suggestions with quick sketches that we really appreciated. Within two days of our consultation they were measuring. When we had some details change along the process New Century was responsive and accommodating. We used Dekton countertops and some thin floating shelves, their skilled team were able to meet the technical requirements. In short, we were very happy and would gladly use them again!

Sturdy and high quality cabinets. Very happy with our purchase. They were also super collaborative and a pleasure to work with.

Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful. Color, hardware, and workmanship are excellent. Tracy helped us with many good ideas as we settled on the final design. We did have to take the initiative in communicating with them, but the end result was well worth it.
