Sean and all the people at New Century Development are by far the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Sean and his people are very accommodating to just about every aspect of a situation. I personally have been wheelchair bound for years and through the entire process of the repairs and remodeling that I had done, they were very supportive and helpful as to make the situation as stress free and pleasant as possible. I am probably one of the worse people on the planet with communication but Sean and his team made everything crystal clear at every step and they were sure to make the extra efforts to reiterate plans as they went, especially if there were going to possibly be any changes or alterations. We have finally reached a point of being able to start phases of repairing our home since sustaining damage from Hur. Laura. I am so happy these guys are Local Guys. The Contractors of New Century Development have stood with us and helped us throughout our time of working on an insurance settlement. I credit New Century Development for being the heavy hitter that got my insurance company moving and realizing how much flood damage my home took back in December 2022. Their teams are good hearted people and treat you like a human being and not just a project or pocket book. They truly do care about you. We have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that 2600 sq foot with every room in the house effected with water damage. We had multiple projects that needed to be done simultaneously and was predicted to take 4 to 6 weeks for completion. Their teams were able to complete everything in 3 almost 4 weeks including dealing with the mortgage company who slowed their process astronomically. These people were fantastic to work with! They were able to accommodate a full rebuild after tearing our house down to the studs, post Hurricane Laura. It was great to have a local company be able to facilitate every single facet of such a big job and to be able to maintain a single point of contact. They were extremely quick to respond to our request and got moving promptly. Throughout all of the insurances issues so many people had to deal with, they went above and beyond to be patient and complete the job as soon as possible.

New Century Development provided timely and accurate project scope and services. They stayed on top of their work and achieved exactly the results I wanted. They also proved to be adaptable in adjusting some of the scope of my project. Overall, they are great, friendly people to work with.
