Bought Porcelanosa multiple times at great price from Eunice in last few months. I couldn't recommend Eunice more! Eunice has been very responsive, knowledgable and considerate. She went above and beyond in communicating about the shipment, assisting with the backorder and exchanging damaged product due to shipment. She offered some good suggestions about bathroom remodeling and I received some good quotes about some other products.

I worked with Leny to order polished tiles earlier. Based on our experience we again reached out for countertop fabrication. In every case Leny and New Centery Kitchen & Bath (NCKB) staff has been extremely helpful, professional, and trusted partner in getting the remodeling work done. I highly recommend NCKB for all the services they offer.

We had a great experience working with Carlos and Teresa for our kitchen renovation. Carlos was patient and meticulous when helping us with designing the cabinet layout. He ensured that our cabinets fits perfectly and helped with ordering timely replacements when our contractor (from elsewhere) made a mistake during the installation. Teresa was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue when we realized that an additional hole is needed for the dishwasher air gap after the countertop was installed. Overall we are very happy with how our cabinets and countertops turned out!

I gave them one star just because Patty, the last person that step up to the plate to complete the job that got lost during their employee turnover and get everything resolved. Its was a very bad experience for us. We started our kitchen remodeling project with so much excitement being our first project for the house. We had a very good interaction with Teresa during the initial process. We had contacted a couple fabricators but we chose NCKB because they can start and complete the project within our time frame and we feel confident and comfortable with Teresa taking our project, but this turned out to be a colossal mistake. Its been 7 long months of nightmare. They made mistake after mistake and we have to follow up with them and tell them once something is wrong and asked them to fix it.

This place was contracted by IKEA to install kitchen countertops. The contractors could not get a seam between two slabs seamless enough and I was left with about a 1/16" lip. NCK reordered countertops, took two month, same result. Countertops were made by Caesarstone and according to the company are within specs. So go figure! Also during the install a cabinet door was scratched. While NCK accepted the responsibility I had to go to their office in person for reimbursement! Turns out NCKs customer service is outsourced to Philippines, which apparently makes them unable to do refunds remotely. How does that makes any sense? IKEA was no help throughout either. I'm happy with neither IKEA, nor NCK, nor Caesarstone.
