Tim with New Chapter Home Inspections was prompt, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire home inspection process. Paid attention to detail & was communicative. He walked us through each step, asked if we had any questions throughout the duration and when he found unsavory findings- he gave us insight on it & gave typical solutions but implored us to search on our own to find the fix for whatever the finding was. He went out of his way to work with the water company to make sure everything was working right and so we could get a more accurate inspection. Reputation and thoroughness in this day and age is hard to come by. When purchasing a home, you have many options to move the process along, and while the process of loan approvals, inspections, and the overwhelming list of things to complete, this was one of the checkboxes that was easily completed. The owner showed up on time, and was very thorough throughout. He informed me of things he was looking for (educating me in the process) as well as make recommendations as if this were his home he was purchasing.
