New Chapters Moving Company

Giorgi was extremely professional. We had just bought new furniture and they treated each piece with great care and respect. Each piece was unattached, wrapped, stacked neatly, the unloaded, reinstalled, and trash hauled off. We had Georgi come by and give us a quote and he was spot on. I even requested them to stop by my storage unit and unload that and they did. On our very stressful day they were exceptional. If we ever move again I would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough positive things about New Chapters Moving Company in Jacksonville! Moving is inherently stressful, especially with a tense move-out deadline, but Bridget and her team handled everything with such excellent care and professionalism, they truly turned a difficult day around.

Coming from a horrible experience with a prior moving company .. i was very wary on hiring another moving company and was recommended to try New chapters and what a GAME CHANGER! Brandon and David were ahmazing! They were so professional, fast, careful and were so kind to my daughter during the process. Definitely made moving so easy and stress free! Affordable and trust worthy!

Amazing! Brandon & David were absolutely amazing. I’m a single parent and needed assistance that wouldn’t break the bank since moving is so costly to begin with. Not only were they so polite, but they were SUPER fast. I have used moving companies in the past but this was awesome. Nothing damaged either. I will definitely be using them if needed in the future. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable company with amazing prices.

These guys were awesome!! I wish I could remember both their names because they were amazing, friendly and hard working. I remember Adam because that’s my brother’s name. The other gentleman…sorry, I should have written your name down. I had to get my brother moved out of his apartment and did not have the energy to do it by myself. They arrived in a timely manner, jumped right to it and had me moved in no time. I feel the charges were fair and would hire them for all future moves. I’m so happy I gave them a call after a google search. Emily, thank you for your professionalism, answering the phone, and getting me scheduled right away with a great quick quote. When I had to call back and change my time slot, you were more than happy and willing to make that happen. All around…great choice
