I called many times trying to get a delivery date for my items the receptionist refused to give me a date until after they picked up my stuff. The picking up driver was very rude and unprofessional he wanted to break and enter into my storage unit because he showed up 3 hours after the scheduled time. Even with rescheduling the date the driver still couldn’t show up on time. Please be warned of this businesses practices Edit… once the items were delivered we found that the long distant was not hired until after the agreed delivery date. We received items that were not ours and missing a large quantity of items that were not delivered. Please be warned of this company’s practices

Thank you guys at New City Van Lines, soooo much, for making my move seamless from beginning to end!!! These guys know what they’re doing! Very professional and timely. Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable making my cross country move with them! I recommended them to a family member who’s making an upcoming move, and I will definitely be using them again when I move back! Thanks again guys!!!

This company is a nightmare. I moved from Michigan to Naples, Florida. Beware, they wrap and use excessive tape and then charge you for this. I had to pay over $4000.00 more dollars in order to receive my items. They claim they will pay for damaged items that they wrap and ship. Incorrect! I have a broken picture, one dresser was damaged at the corner, another one - hinges on the drawers were all off. PLUS I am missing items that they apparently gave to the other person whose items were in the truck. My husband had to help the man and come home from work as we took off a Monday when they were supposed to come but they did not and come until Tuesday. He had to help the man unload things for 4 hours. I tried to make a claim for the damaged items and sent pictures and inquired about

I was beyond pleased with using NCV. Everything went extremely smooth. Customer service was fantastic and everyone was so nice and polite. Moving is such a stressful thing, and it was nice to know this company was there to help our family feel comfortable every step of the way.

Amazing experience! They were so professional, timely and did everything so seamless. Nothing was broken and they went out of their way to accommodate us in several ways. I can confidently recommend New City Van Lines and will definitely be using them for any future moves.
