New Concept Meticulous Cleaning

They do great work. All the windows shine and they also clean the ledges around them. And the flat roof skylights! Been using them since 2016.

New Concept Meticulous Cleaning is my go to for interior and exterior window cleaning. After researching many other companies, I found their prices to be reasonable and the workmanship excellent! Thank you always for a job well done!

I was disappointed with my experience with this company. The service was overall fine, but when I followed up with one clarifying question and a small complaint, they responded with a barrage of defensive and argumentative emails. These emails continued even after I replied that I did not wish to engage in future arguments and would not be responding, I would not recommend them or work with them again in the future.

For the first time I had " New Conccept Meticulous Cleaning" for window washing, in my house. All I can tell you, that they did a super fantastic job. They were profecional, friendly and the crew worked well together. I was amazed , when I looked at the clean windows and screens.. One could say, that I was a very happy camper. What a difference New Concept has made! The wonderfully efficient team, led by Travis and Justin, cleaned the many windows inside & out in my 100+ year old house. Incredible results, and at a very reasonable price. Treated me and my house with respect and consideration. I’ve already signed up for spring window cleaning next year!
