** Abysmal Service and Unprofessional Handling at New Doors Installation – Steer Clear!** I strongly advise against using New Doors Installation. My interaction with them was riddled with frustration and poor service. Initially, it took weeks just to set an installation date due to the inefficiency of Karen from the coordinating team. Despite providing complete details about the door models, dimensions, and styles in advance, and agreeing to an extra assembly fee, the scheduling was mishandled. I explicitly stated that Wednesdays and Thursdays were not possible for me, yet I was coerced into accepting a Thursday, disrupting my work schedule to accommodate them. I am not one to write a review, but I feel so strongly about this company and their service that I had to. One spends too much money for a new door not to go through reviews. We got our door installed with this company a year ago. After they installed it there was multiple things we did not like about it. For starter, you could tell that they installed it with a rush and did not care for details. We have a huge ledge to go out the door(many people have tripped over it), there’s also a bunch of scratches in the inside and outside, there was paint left about the door, there was multiple bubbles on the wrap, but with all of this we decided to stay positive and just enjoy the new look to our house.
