We shopped around for countertops and decided to go with NECC. We are so happy we did! Lisa was so patient with us. She had great suggestions, was very knowledgeable and professional. What really impressed us was the great communication. Everyone involved in the process was wonderful! Installation went very smooth. Josh was excellent explaining everything throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend NECC.

"Measure twice...cut once!" Overall our quartz countertops look beautiful. However, we were hoping for a consistent counter reveal and and finished look. (see pictures below) Let me explain. The countertop reveal is short. It is 1/2 inch on one side of the stove and 3/4 of an inch on the other side. The cabinet pulls show beyond the countertop when looking from above. It is unfortunate that the countertops were not cut correctly at the start. We explained this to the NECC and they agreed saying the counter was not plumb. Then why didn't they compensate when cutting the quartz and make the reveal equal? At our request they agreed to fix it, but did not explain over the phone what exactly they had to do. Josh told us the countertops were permanent and basically could not be moved.

We are very pleased with N.E.Custom Countertops. From the first time we met Lisa in the showroom to Josh during the removal of the old countertop and installation of the new they have been friendly, professional and extremely informative. Lisa was courteous and patient during the entire time that we picked out the color and the material. She was a wealth of knowledge and helped us tremendously! Josh was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about the new countertop and how to maintain it. All in all we are very happy that we went with N.E. Custom Countertops.
