I will never try and do business with this company ever again. First appointment was a no call / no show. I called and oner Jens Kiss said there was nothing on the schedule. I figured it was an honest mistake and setup another appointment, this time they came and after 2 hours said they are unable to clean my vent due to a clog and that they would have to come back with more powerful equipment and compressor. The owner's son said that his father would call me back to go over options and reschedule. He never called and will not answer my calls. I left numerous messages and nobody is returning my calls. I have used this company once before for dryer vent cleaning and the service was decent and work completed as expected. Called them and left a message to set up dryer vent estimate and cleaning. I took 4 days to get a call back. The appointment was set from a specific date and time and agreed upon price, repeated back to the owner to ensure we both had the correct date and time. The day of the appointment no one showed up to do the service, I made two calls to see what was going on and never got a call back. This company is a joke, wasted a whole day of my time and they didn't have the decency to at least call with some sort of response or reason/excuse why they were a no show. I called last week and they arrived exactly on time today. They were professional, neat, clean and friendly. I have been a customer for the past 7 or 8 years and this is how they always have been. I recommend them HIGHLY!

I’ve used this business before and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. However this time around, it’s been nothing but a time wasting exercise. I called about two months ago to have someone come to my condo to look at installing a dryer vent with a code compliant type. I spoke with the owner, Jens Kiss who said he would come out and look at the job to determine what was needed and to quote a price. We scheduled an appointment, he came out and said he’d be in touch with a quote an availability. Excellent! Above and beyond!! Prompt, courteous, and professional! Serviced dryer vents inside and out including 10’ basement duct to the outside! Persistent and determined to get proper dryer air flow by clearing clogged dryer fan and oil residue on lint screen. Feel like I have a new dryer! Will definitely book again!!
