We had our wood broiler stove installed 15+ years ago. I reached out by email to ask questions about burning practices. I received a fast and detailed response. I followed up with more questions and again received a quick and helpful response. The person encouraged me to reach out again if needed. I'm not sure what I was expecting for customer service , (our stove was purchased so long ago) however I am so pleased I received such excellent treatment. Thank you!!!! Nancy

I had many bad experiences with the previous owners, but Matthew and his family the new owners were a welcome relief. Helpful and knowledgeable and above and beyond customer service. They will be my first call next time rather than my last resort. Thanks NEOF!

I bought a boiler over 10 years ago from New England Outdoor Furnaces and Wes the owner at the time. The new owners Matthew and Sarah are a much needed improvement to the customer service side of the business! I just upgraded my original boiler with the latest and greatest from Central Boiler and Matthew made it so easy, answered all my questions, delivered and installed the new boiler on a Saturday morning. He even took the old boiler away to be recycled! Believe me that would have never happened with the previous owner! It is so nice to have a company that is totally responsible for sales, install and maintenance if needed. This new boiler has a 25 year warranty and I look forward to working with them for the next 25 years!!

The new owners are amazing people! They got my Solenoid for my stove on their day off and connected with me a few times that day to make sure all was Good! This business will do amazing with people like them at the fore front!

Called to order pipe (when we went in we were told they need 2 days notice to cut pipe and have it ready- ok) man on the phone said we needed to bring 2 additional guys to pick it up, will cut at time of pick up. When we asked to confirm what we had been previously told, he literally YELLED AT US. “How many times do I have to tell you?” Found same product, $7 ft less diff supplier. Customer service is awful and is reason we are willing to drive hours to get what we need elsewhere. Who yells at their customers ? In reading reviews it seems this is a theme. Shop elsewhere.
