Frank responded promptly, inspected the liner, and confirmed it was fully intact and that it was impossible for the issue to be coming from my home. When the town denied responsibility and another vendor tried to sell me an unnecessary and expensive fix, Scott (the President) and Frank returned together to meet with the town DPW. Using their camera equipment, they clearly demonstrated that the problem was in the town’s pipes, not my house — saving me from unnecessary and costly repairs. Nearly nine years after the original installation, Scott personally stepped in, stood by their work, and helped bring a serious issue to the town’

NEPR gives you an initial quote using Google earth, then it’s adjusted after the inspection and the final invoice is actual footage done. No surprises. I would recommend them in a heart beat!
