We had a curved stairlift installed in January 2026 for my 88‑year‑old parents, who were honestly not thrilled about the idea at first. Now they can’t imagine living without it! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Mark Presti and the installation team were fantastic—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I was kept informed about timelines every step of the way, which made the whole process stress‑free. The installation itself went smoothly, and the technicians couldn’t have been nicer. They were incredibly patient while teaching my parents how to use the stairlift and made sure they felt completely comfortable before they left. Outstanding Customer service. The whole team has a customer first approach. Lots of shared info. They had reasonable pricing. Fast install times. Install tech explained the whole process. He then gave a hands on operator lesson. A+ from start to finish.
