We recently purchased an Alkota 241D Steam Cleaner from them. - Out of the 3 prices we had, NES was the best price. - I had A LOT of questions in the attempt to make an informed decision. Shane answered all of them for me, even the ones he had to get more information on. Other vendors seemed to get frustrated answering the same questions. - They took delivery of it, checked the unit to make sure everything was correct, then repacked it for us to pick up. They answered more questions when we picked it up. Never having done business with them before, they made me feel much better about buying this $11k unit. I highly recommend NES, and will certainly return to them in the future.

I purchased a machine from this company and from my initial call it was like speaking to an old friend. Very forthcoming, very thorough, willing to provide pointers, ideas and knowledge of how to use the machine to the max benefit. Chris I spoke to since the beginning of my quest to get a reliable and professional unit i can get good years of service and quality cleaning abilities. Again, really good to work with and they follow up on ya which most businesses already forget about you when you walk out the door! So if you consider this place and want down to earth and genuine handling of things, Ill admit this is the place to go!!!!! Grateful i called them!
