New England Sunrooms & Conservatories

From day one until the last day (today) the process was seamless. Amazing how fast they assembled a VERY high quality four seasons sunroom. They were not disruptive to our lives at all. I have done over 50 projects the last 25 years and NE Sunrooms is top notch. I am in the commercial building automation business and coordination of a project this magnitude can be tricky. The office, the crew and from day 1 the owner (Peter) and Mason have been fantastic. Eddie lead on project is one of the best around IMHO. Great operation, amazing quality and a fair price. You get what you pay for! You can cut price 2 ways: lower quality product or poor installation, I choose not to cut either. Highly recommended!

Used NESC this spring and summer to be an early adopter with a new product - their aluminum motorized patio pergola. Could not have been more pleased with the entire soup-to-nuts process. You can tell it truly is a family-run business built on the pride of the product they deliver. From first interactions with their sales rep Mason, through Eddie and their install team and Peter the owner - as well as some of the subs (electrical) they use. I never felt lost or in the dark in the whole process. They were attentive, quick to respond, meticulous and did everything they promised. Our experience with NE Sunroons with Mason Bolivar has been great. We searched for sunrooms offering high quality, high performance features with a professional company. We narrowed our selection to Patio Enclosures and 4 Seasons with NE sunroom.  We thank you Mason from sparing us from a 5 hour high pressure presentation as Patio Enclosures did while they offered an  astronomical price, then various discounts....e.g., 'one day special' , 'If you sign today'  along the way to the final price. Then we found this was their older, lower end product. Very trying experience with Patio Encosure. Mason  knows the product, listened to what we needed, offered a solution and presented a price that was reasonable. He was able to sharpen his pencil here and there during our project design.. We are very happy with our conservatory. It looks great and is pleasant to be in. We looked seriously at one alternative, and while I can't say whether that would have turned out better or worse, New England Sunrooms was willing to coordinate everything, which the other company was not, and at a lower price. Eddy and his crew did a great job and were as unobtrusive as a construction crew could reasonably expected to be. Mason (the salesman/project manager) was also good. They also coordinated the hardscaping that was required, although they subcontracted that, and I think that turned out very well..
