Start to finish - excellent! Alex worked with me through color and finish choices. I replaced my COLD granite peninsula top with this beautiful WARM top. Should have done it the first time around

After my initial conversation I was advised to send an email with my specifications. Never heard back. Tried calling the office at least 15 times over the past few days. No luck reaching anyone. Can’t even leave a message. Finally got a call after sending a follow up email. The person I spoke with was not friendly nor helpful in fact was not bothered when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I’ll find another company that will appreciate my business.

Stay far away from this company. I called them for a quote. Spent time discussing the project with the team, got a quote that was agreed on, and then called back a month later to schedule my final measure and was told they "made an error" with the quote. They then requoted me double the original price, and said my countertop would take 9 weeks to product (originally stated it would be 3-4 weeks). All this despite NOTHING changing on my end of the project.

My black walnut island top is nothing short of spectacular. A quality work of art and worth the price and the time taken to be handcrafted. A great company to work with!
