I do not recommend this company for house cleaning services. Juan, who I presume to be, the owner is extremely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 AM. At 9:15 AM, I received a call from Juan saying he couldn’t find the home. When I asked for his exact location, I also reminded him that our appointment was for 9:00 AM. Juan replied, “ok?” and when I clarified it was 9:15, he audibly sighed and said, “Oh my God.” I found this response highly unprofessional and inappropriate. He then asked for the address again, and I ended the call. Not once did he apologize for being late or show any concern for my time. His behavior was rude and disrespectful. It’s about principle.
