New Era Lawn Maintenance

Contacted lawn service and asked them to clean up and mow deceased parents home. Emphasis on CLEAN UP/REMOVE DEBRIS, good communication with lawn service and received photos showing yard and looked good. I'm in Lakeland and not able to go to Wauchula on a regular basis. Paid lawn service, MY MISTAKE, sister went to look at the yard. Became upset because the trash, yard debris was piled around the house, some piles 6ft or higher, CONTACTED lawn service and asked about it. Told it would rot and decay, THAT'S NOT WHAT WAS AGREED UPON, ASKED THEM TO PILE DEBRIS BY SHOULDER AND CITY UTILITIES WOULD PICK UP. 10 DAYS LATER STILL HASN'T BEEN CORRECTED OR RESOLVED. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, VERY DISAPPOINTED
