Such an amazing experience! Another company quoted nearly $500 to repair our toilet, so we scheduled a second opinion. After waiting three days, the second company canceled our appointment without notifying us. In a bit of a panic, we reached out to New Era Plumbing, and they were at our house in less than two hours. Suzanne, our scheduler, was amazing. It turned out that getting a brand-new toilet was actually more cost-effective than the quoted repair. Anthony and Julian were incredibly personable and professional. The new toilet was installed quickly, and they left the work area clean and tidy. I was genuinely blown away by their service!

New Era Plumbing absolutely came through when it mattered most. They came out on a freezing day and got my water heater back up and running without hesitation. From start to finish, their professionalism was unmatched as they were prompt, knowledgeable, respectful and clearly experienced. They explained what was going on, handled the repair efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before they left. In a situation that could’ve been a nightmare they made it stress-free.

Your agent came to my house promptly to what I considered an emergency situation. He assessed the situation and formulated his plan to remedy it. He was very courteous and polite the whole time he was there. The other gentleman who came back with him to install the new equipment was just as polite.

Firstly New Era Plumbing was the fourth company i contacted but they were the only ones who got back to me in a timely manner about my repairs .The job was to install the faucet and drain to my new sink,reconnect my under sink osmosis water filter and ensure everything was working as they should. They did a fantastic job in my estimation...ensuring no leaks,everything was working and cleanup too(most impressive).Also the guys waited on me for 15 -20 minutes to arrive as i had to run an errand. Would definitely call on this company again and you guys should check them out for your repairs also.
