Charles is an excellent in all categories. Customer service is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and shares valuable information to properly maintain floors. He cleaned my tile and grout very well, the floors look practically new again. I was amazed at the before and after, dark grout became clean white ( see the picture). He also sealed the floor as well. Very helpful to move heavy furniture. Very respectful and hardworking. Overall I would use Charles again in the future for all my steam cleaning needs ( Floor, Carpet, Upholstery). Thank you Charles!

We've worked with Charles a few times now on our wool and silk rugs. He first came when we brought our rugs to Houston after 10 years of melting Chicago snow and ice (no cleanings) and he made them like new again.
