WARNING! Do not use this company! The sales ladies are unprofessional, condescending and actually lied to me. There is no customer service. I purchased quartz countertops (46 sq ft) for the kitchen and remnant pieces for two bathrooms. Also purchased 3 sinks for baths and kitchen sink. I requested seamless quartz countertops. The man came and measured, then I received an email saying I didn't need a second slab. The invoice attached to the email mentioned a 'seam' but I did not realize it meant a seam in the middle of my counter as I'd specifically and emphatically stated I did not want seams. I assumed (dumb me, I know) they meant the seams with the backsplash. Duh. I paid an extra $350 for a "rush" status. Installation day comes, the installers are 3.5 hrs late. There's a seam and it

We had a great experience with these folks. They were patient with our never ending questions and had a great selection to choose from. The installation crew was very professional and made sure things were right before leaving. I would highly recommend these guys !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is nothing short of CRIMINAL. Proceed with caution, they like to take “deposits” and act like they never received them. RUN. FAST.

I had a poor experience with this company. The granite wasn't ready for pickup during the date/time given, but I had to find out by arriving. No phone call. Then it was cut incorrectly. Poor communication from the company. All inquiries came from me calling. I'd recommend professionalism training for the office staff. They seem inexperienced and overwhelmed. Others in my family have had better experiences, so providing 2 stars versus 1.

We bought some granite for our fireplace. The first delivery scheduled they never showed up and never returned messages we left. When we did finally get a call back the next day they stated they forgot to make our delivery. We set up another day for delivery and again they did not show up, no explanation or call back again. We finally got our granite on the third time but not until 7 when they were supposed to come at 11. Do not use this company!
