Purched a dump truck tarp. They have great customer service.

I dealt with a salesman named Gregg. He was very inattentive from the beginning. I should have seen the 'writing on the wall', but I stuck with him. When I called Gregg to check on the progress, he would say "Who is this?" I would, again, give my name and he would say "Refresh my memory". I was not very important to Gregg, but I had a truck cap on order with a deposit down. The cap finally came in with several mistakes. The cap was the wrong size(?). (Really Gregg! You had all my correct information and still did it WRONG.) Plus no roof racks, etc. Not having the cap at the time it was promised cost me a substantial amount of money. Getting my money back was also a problem. (I had to pay the whole amount before installation only to find out about the wrong size. Then Gregg lied about the r

I hired them to install my first plow and they did not do a great job. Among other issues they installed plugs at the bottom of the frame. Having it repaired and installed right was frustrating. Was planning on still using them to hook up my new truck and reached out to them multiple times to make sure I had what I needed for the new truck. They gave me bad information that cost me time and money and did not care and would not have the dignity to own up to their mistake. I went elsewhere and was happier. Would defiantly not recommend.

I am Dave Heidelmark from D&S tree service, i have a fleet of trks and regularly need prtz nd service. Like many other businesses who think thay don't need customers these people do not answer the phone either. I will not do business with people who do not answer the phone.

Very unprofessional customer service. Parts department never has idea of what they are selling. They never answer the phone. It's a shame. They used to be so good, not anymore.
