I must say Rafael and his company New Horizon Projects and Services have been the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Not only has he been able to help with every different task I have asked as a new home owner. But he is polite, prompt, always on time, goes WAY beyond what he's asked for. And always has the best attitude. I am in no way paid or incentivized to write this review but I am telling you if there is any work you need in your house you will in no way be disappointed.
