New Horizon Tree Service LLC

Needed a tree removed before the ice storm. Called New Horizon based on location and Google reviews. Spoke with Troy, sent some pics and received a reasonable quote. His crew was at my home 9 AM the next day. They cut down a 40’ pine, chipped it up, and cleaned the area of debris. All of this in less than 30 minutes. I was awestruck. If it hadn’t been time stamped on my security cam I wouldn’t have believed it. Will definitely use Troy and his crew again! Thanks so much

Troy is the best tree man in Tennessee period. I called him; he called me back in 5 minutes. I received a bid the next day, and he pruned my two giant Pin Oaks to perfection the third day; better than I thought possible.The area was cleaned to perfection. He has the best equipment and crew, and I have used 10+ tree companies. I highly recommend Troy for any tree job!!!!

Troy and his team did an excellent job cutting down our tree and grinding the stump down. The price was reasonable, service was prompt, and his crew was extremely efficient. Called them for emergency storm cleanup after that big windstorm last month. They responded quickly and handled everything professionally. The crew worked hard to clear fallen branches and removed a damaged pine tree safely. Great customer service throughout the process, and they worked with my insurance company which was a huge help. Definitely the best in Nashville!
