These landscapers come through the condo area I live in each week. I used to keep a plastic water bowl (bright blue, very noticeable) in the backyard for the critters, until one week I watched a guy on a lawnmower completely run over it and chop it to pieces. This week, someone came through with a string trimmer and cut down the entire flowering plant that I recently planted in the ground. I'd even left the plant ID tag in the ground with the plant so that it wouldn't be mistaken for a weed. The landscapers just fly through the backyard without a care. If they'd have just paid a little more attention, my plant and my bowl would not have been destroyed. Very disappointed.

Troy doesn’t stand behind his work. Multiple problems in an expensive landscaping job. He also screwed up irrigation job. He subbed it out to a contractor and said he did such a bad job he wasn’t going to use him again. Well, I got stuck with his shotty work. I do not recommend his company. Poor customer service. He will not fully resolve problems and blame you.

Best landscaping company in town. From weekly service to landscape design, they do it all. I’ve used New Horizons for over five years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are top notch and unlike other companies in town, The definitely don’t cut corners.
