This company was great. I asked and shopped around for a company to replaster our pool that had needed some attention. Everyone spoke highly of New Image and highly recommended their service. Ruben came over and walked us through the entire process. Ruben was extremely helpful, professional and educated us about the maintenance and repairs involved with having a pool. The staff at the office were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Veronica managed all the details of the work order and guided us from beginning to end. I’ve been wanting to redo my pool for a while. Got a couple different quotes with different companies, and I’m very happy I decided to go with them. Talked with Ruben, he’s a fantastic person. What he says they’ll do, they’ll do. They showed me pictures, and thoroughly explained the whole process. They made this stressful decision very comfortable and easy. If you visit their showroom, you will have a hard time deciding as everything is beautiful. All the staff is fantastic, workers are professional, and each group does what they do perfectly well. We are more than happy with the finished product. I would 100% recommend them for your next project.

I am extremely happy with the outcome of our refinished pool. We went with an upgraded finish including extra glass and Ruben was able provide a perfect product for us. We also installed a "Baja shelf" which makes our pool much more useful for us. I think our dogs are also excited about having a nice play area they can splash around in! One of the benefits of working with New Image is the coordination of the office with the customer on a daily basis. Every time a crew was scheduled to show up at the house, I received a call with a time I should expect people to arrive and every crew was on time and very professional. We bought a home with a pool in very bad condition. New Image Pool Interiors was highly recommended to me. Rueben Pond went above and beyond for our remodel project. The whole crew from the gals in the office: Paula, Zoe, and Veronica to the construction crews were Awesome! I couldn't believe how affordable too:) I added a before and after picture.
