These guys are OUTSTANDING!!!! Very professional. I got connected with these guys from a neighbor. We both had roof damage. I initially used another roofing company that knocked on our door following the storm. BIG MISTAKE. I then connected with Image Roofs- A+++ before, during and especially AFTER!!! I had a new roof put on a couple of months ago from wind damage from New Image Roofs. Originally I had 3 estimates but the other companies treated me like a female that they could take advantage of even though I had a friend come over when they were here. On top of that the other companies were being disrespectful to each other - not good business practice in my book. I absolutely love my new roof! Not only is it beautiful, it has weathered the recent storms with no issues. Chris was wonderful to work with. He explained all of the details of installing a new roof, the difference in shingles, and what to expect the day of installation. The roofing team arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job cleaning up! Chris made sure i was completely happy with everything before leaving after the roof was finished. From the first call, the communication that I received was flawless. Every step of the way, before I had a question about the process and what comes next, it was already being presented to me. From dealing with the insurance company to how the billing worked, where and when materials would be delivered, what was needed from us, and even letting us know about a 1-day delay A FULL WEEK before the scheduled job date...
