Rob from NJ’s Best did an incredible job cleaning our couch and my daughter’s play mat after we had a soot issue in the house, and our bedroom area rug after our cat who needed urinary surgery was unfortunately urinating on it. The couch honestly looks brand new — there isn’t a single soot mark left. Isla’s play mat is super clean again, which makes me feel so much better about her playing on it. The bedroom rug no longer smells like urine from when our cat Theo was having issues before and after surgery. Rob arrived right on time and worked from about 10:00–12:30. He was efficient but still took his time where it mattered most, especially on the couch. Rob was to my home within 24 hours and removed the dog vomit from my carpet. Looks amazing, he did a LARGER area of the room as a courtesy and the place smells AMAZING!! Highly recommend! Prompt, courteous and pleasant to work with! If you've got pets, vomit or no vomit, WOW does that make a difference!
