New Leaf Landscaping

We worked with Michael on a very large project; front yard and backyard landscaping with pool for a new build that was surrounded by red muddy clay and he truly exceeded our expectations. One of his biggest strengths is taking jumbled ideas and turning them into reality. I tend to throw a lot of thoughts and ideas around and he was able to take all of it and bring it to life in a way that felt exactly right. He is extremely dependable and genuinely a good person. He always went above and beyond for us, even with the smallest requests. There were several times I asked for something outside of typical landscaping work (like needing help with something on the roof), and he didn’t hesitate to stop by and take care of it. We asked New Leaf to come out for a seasonal tune-up for our irrigation system. Jordan came out promptly, replaced a couple of sprinkler heads and adjusted the system to better cover our yard. They did great work at a very fair price and I look forward to using them again to maintain our system.

Unhappy customer. Used cheap or dead plants on our new construction in lone star development, patches of dead sod still dead a year later, Crepe Myrtle tree still dead; replaced most plants myself because company doesn't call back. Went to the office too during business hours, closed, can't get any followup service on shoddy work.

Mike met us at our new home site. He looked over the project. Never got us a quote. I contacted our builder who suggested him. Mike said he would have us a quote Tuesday. It’s now Sunday almost a month later and still no quote. So we will move on to another landscape contractor. Nuts!!! Don’t waste your time …….like he did ours.

Sprinkler system installed in timely fashion. Good and respectful work crew on all aspects of the job. Hard workers in such a hot part of the year. Would recommend.
