Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He responded incredibly quickly and knew exactly what the issue with our dryer was right away. He explained everything clearly and honestly, which I truly appreciated. Even with it being just two days before Christmas and an extremely busy time, he had all the necessary parts with him, and made sure everything was fixed. I am so happy to have a working dryer again and would highly recommend Andrew to anyone in need of appliance repair.

So happy we found Andrew and New Life! After 2 horrible appliance repair experiences, we stumbled upon New Life Appliance Repair to repair our 30 year old oven. I was kinda skeptical that a business could have a five star rating with over 150 reviews but, Andrew is the real deal! He is very knowledgeable, gives you a little background on your appliance and very friendly and approachable. He showed up on time and had our oven repaired within 15 minutes. Amazing to see the his level of customer service these days. We definitely will call again with any future issues. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew is the best. He has helped us on 3 separate occasions. He is not just looking to collect a service fee but instead takes the time to talk through the options so we can make the best decision and not spend a ton of money that may not be worth it. This time he even came on Christmas Eve due to a washer emergency and within an hour of calling him got us back up and running.

Andrew is professional and very knowledgeable..he gave us options after checking our fridge/freezer..we did not get service due to his honesty. Could have easily serviced our unit at a high cost but advised that was not the prudent choice!! Thanks Andrew we will use you in the future and recommend you to others

I didn’t end up having the service done with Andrew because he was very honest about the issue with my GE washing machine, which I truly appreciated. Instead of trying to upsell a repair that wouldn’t be worth it, he clearly explained the problem and helped me understand my options. That kind of honesty is rare and deserves 5 stars. I ultimately decided to purchase a new machine, but I would absolutely recommend Andrew for his integrity and professionalism.
