I can’t say enough positive about this company. They do excellent work, communicate well and are responsive. I had a unit installed and a few weeks later had to call to get something checked. I left a message on a Saturday night, figuring I’d hear the next week, but they called back Sunday morning and promptly came and adjusted it. Harold and his crew are top notch!

Harold, owner of New London Door Co., LLC did an excellent job replacing our two garage doors. He was able to order two new Haas doors and install them within a week. I have been making repairs on my garage door for the last 30 years and thought I had done a pretty good job. Over the last several years my wife complained that her garage door was too noisy and I to agree it was. I decided this time to have a garage door company take a look and see what they could do. I call New London Door Company and made an appointment to have the owner Harold Daniels come out and look at garage doors. Day of the appointment, they were on time. Harold tested the garage doors and found the spring cable pulleys were shot. I had replaced these pulleys 3 years ago. The difference, I used steel pulleys and Harold used cast iron pulleys.
