He was the sub for our developer and in charge of our yard. He doesn't like paperwork so we never got invoices or itemization. His cost came from his head and a phone calculator for everything. The backyard was unpermitted, not graded, outside of IBC J107.6, and destined to fail. The front yard has a tree that isn't centered and isn't the tree I ordered or the backup tree I requested.
