First, I’d like to say the work they did was very good and Collin was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. Unfortunately I would not recommend New Look to anyone, here’s why. I had a roof replaced and insurance covered it. While they were here installing the roof they drove over my septic lines multiple times without even asking where they were. Insurance sent two checks and both had to be endorsed by three parties including myself. By the time I got the checks and mailed them out the next day it took almost a month to get them back from the first company. I let Collin know I was sending it out to the second company and I was told to contact the office.
