We contacted New Look Roofing to replace our aged roof in Queens with Owens Corning shingles. Communication was clear from the start, and the employees were polite. Harry, the business owner, personally checked the installation and paid close attention to minor aspects. The staff worked efficiently and finished everything on time. The new roof looks great, and the warranty they offered provides us peace of mind.

Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. They botched my roof installation, and their initial professionalism was merely a facade. After the first rain, the roof began leaking everywhere, and the attic fan they installed, for which I was charged an additional $500, never functioned. Despite numerous calls, they failed to respond, and when I finally reached them using my work number, they promised to fix the issues but never showed up. Fortunately, I had paid by check, as they had attempted to persuade me to pay in cash with a discount. I am now seeking legal action and advise others to protect their hard-earned money, as this company appears to be operating without a legitimate office or licenses using a residential address in Valley Stream for their business.
