An outstanding company with highly skilled and professional workers. Job was quickly estimated by a truly capable salesman, contract was signed and even though we are just getting over two hurricanes and live up here in Citrus County a 4 man crew showed up and in 3 days restored my screenroom to better than new, w/ pressure washing, w/ new SS screws, w/sand and paint, w/ new designer doors, w/new screen and Glas shield screen. These were some of the hardest workers I've seen in Florida!!! Highly Recommend New Model for you screen work...

Unfortunetly, this is not a 4 or 5 star review. It's been a week (6 full calendar days) since I spoke with a rep., after I emailed them, about the missing screw. I had to make sure my email did not end up in their spam folder again. Still waiting Even though I spoke with one of the owners about my experiences with past contractors. It is quite clear, it fell on filtered ears. Is it the homeowner JOB!! to monitor contractors to actually complete work as per contract, apparently so, not just with this company. This one, I had to contact the company to let them know that the crew is painting, but not all the screws have been replaced, as per contract. To add, one of the owners shows up and wants me to point them all out, even though he has the equipment to check, plus, its there's a visible
