New Rainbow Cleaners

I've used Rainbow Cleaners for years for cleaning dress shirts, suits, and dresses. I've also had them fix a dress that I ripped and alter the halter straps of another dress. All my experiences have been pleasant: my items are done on time, pricing is fair, and the women working there are very friendly.

Hate to do this but this place is the absolute worst! They're in my neighborhood so I wanted to give them business. The first time I went, I dropped off a work suit, only to discover when I was at the hotel getting ready for a large banquet, to my surprise there was NO pants in the bag!!! I had to wear jeans and was thoroughly embarrassed. Then I called the next day to tell them and the owner told me they said they were in the plastic bag. When i told her they weren't, she said "I didn't lose your anything" and HUNG the phone up on me! Fast forward 6 years, obviously had not been back since, I was in a rush and needed to get a bunch of shirt and suits done. I stupidly thought, enough time has passed, lets give them another chance, how bad could it possibly be!?? Again so I dropped off

Price does not reflect service. In most cases they even charge you a "convenience fee" but there is nothing convenient about New Rainbow Cleaners. One large tablecloth cost $27.65 to dry clean. I had two full suits dry cleaned for less at another cleaner in Monroe.

Nice job on my shirts (extra starch and folded); trouser cuffs and waistband taken in AOK. Polite service and all work completed on time as promised. Thanks, New Rainbow!

I had a horrible experience with my wedding dress getting cleaned here. It took over 4 months and THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DRESS THREE TIMES!!! My husband has gone to get clothes cleaned there and his shirts have come back without buttons. AVOID this spot.
