I booked a carpet cleaning after my dog puked on our area rug. I let the owner know that I didn’t want to pay for a cleaning if it wouldn’t come out. He asked for photos and said “yes, we can do that - no problem”. When the technician (a very nice guy) arrived, I explained that I didn’t want him to clean it, if he didn’t think it would come out. He assured me it would and it didn’t … I tried to call Anthony John (owner) and no response. Very frustrating experience. He tried to tell me AFTER that pet stains need to be removed in 48 hours, yet the appointment was booked 3 weeks in advance! We are now out $250. Own up to your mistakes, this is not how you run a business and earn repeat customers.
