I went in and asked a question, I got a rude remark and as I left they laughed. The place is dirty as well. Go to Browns Hardware/Mazzone Ace Hardware better. They know good customer service and are clean.

Horrible, tried to see if they had coupling in stock, the guy on the phone didnt understand me, then said call back another time, I tried 3 different times and he did not understand.

The customer service at this business is nonexistent, I really do not understand how they are still open. I would rather drive an hour+ and spend triple the price than to give this business a single cent of my money.

Poor customer service It looks like kids are working inside there they don’t know anything. It’s old store but doesn’t have present standard. I rather drive to City or Brooklyn to get my stuff.
