I purchased over $11,00.00 dollars in stainless steel window gates, door awnings and a driveway gate. The driveway gate has never worked from the start. The gate never lined up right, when it rains the inside of the gate fills with water. Yesterday I the hoops to lock on the gate fall off due to poor welding. Today I called to have it repaired and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me I had to wait several weeks if I wanted it repaired. Or I should get someone else to repair it. They are the worst of the worst. Once they get your money you could forget about getting any service. They do lousy and inferior work. No customer service concerns at all.
