Matt and Jason did the measurements and were very knowledgeable. Communication with Lindsay from the office was great every step of the way. The installer Patrick B was outstanding! The installation went smoothly and they replaced 4 very old (50+ years) basement windows in spite of the cold and snow. The installers were punctual and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. They respected the property and were fully focused on their job. I was explained everything from start to finish; from the types of windows, prices, and how the project would evolve, and answered all of my questions professionally. I was kept up to date. When the triple pane design was not available for the hopper design, I was immediately contacted and promptly credited the difference for the double pane instead. Very friendly staff on the phone and in person. It was worth doing business with them as there were no hassles and the quality cannot be beat.

Shower installation turned out great. Sean removed the old tub/shower surround on Wednesday afternoon after completing a job in the neighborhood. He did an excellent job keeping the bathroom clean considering that the old tub and surround had to be cut up in several pieces to remove. Installation went smoothly in this 80 year old house. Sean and Ryan worked well together and did a great job.
