New York State Fence, Inc.

New York State fence quoted me $1800 to put in one panel. I’m wondering if he would’ve quoted a man the same? All I wanted was to have one stationary panel replaced with a gate. I paid $9000 for this entire fence in my yard is pretty big. It was all I could do to not laugh when he was telling me the price. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Out of 7 estimates I had for a semi-private vinyl fence, NY State Fence showed the most knowledge about the job, and also provided the best price. From sales, to customer service, to installation, everything went as planned. My wife and I are very happy with the final product which improves the security and privacy of our property.

We just had a 200 foot picket fence installed by NYS Fence.we had three quotes and Dave the estimator was by far the best for quality and price. No high pressure sales. Bill and Justin did the install. They were two of the hardest working guys we have ever seen….neat efficient and precise workmanship. Jenny and the office staff were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. NYS Fence is a class act!

Thoroughly disappointed in the customer service received from NYS Fence. I wish my fiance and I had listed to the other reviews that are listed online, because they were all right. The office staff and owner himself is rude and does not care about the bottom line - his customers. Scheduler gave us a time of installation and was 2 hours late. I had to call the office twice to find out where they were as we were required to be home at the time of installation. When they finally arrived, they didn't have enough materials to finish the job, even though they took exact measurements beforehand. When I expressed my experience with the front office, they were rude and never apologized and brushed me off when I asked to speak to a manager. It took over a month for someone to get back to me.
