I would like to be contacted by your office IMMEDIATELY. This entire department should be investigated and FIRED. I have been paid the meter and I have still been ticketed over TEN TIMES. Rodney Hooker should be FIRED. IF YOUR WORKERS CANT DO THEIR JOBS AND CHECK TO SEE IF A VEHICLE IS PAID THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED. FALSIFYING TICKETS. DISGUSTING.

The individual meters have been removed in Newark along the streets. Instead, you have to walk to one meter that may be on the opposite side of the street that serves the entire block. There are no signs posted for this on certain streets, even though there is signage for other parking regulations and plenty of street light poles. There is no free parking in this city! Be aware, or you will get a $45 ticket like I did.

Don't leave your car parked in their garage on green street. I left my truck parked in their garage just to come back to it being keyed from door to door. I made a complaint knowing that they’re not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked there. I only needed some sort of footage so I can correctly report it to my insurance. The staff is so dismissive and disrespectful, the only response I got was that they’re not responsible for any damages done to my vehicle and that they will not got thru 8hrs of footage for a scratched car. Your car is better off parked on the street. Save yourself 20$ dont park there.

On ethical ticket issuing practice where parking authority members will issue a ticket without body camera proof…I have a parking permit but still get issued 4 hour parking tickets? I can’t wait to sue this agency for malpractice and abuse of system! See you in court.

I advise to definitely pay online to get the best price possible. I went to go to prudential to watch Tyler the creator perform and I paid for parking in advance for only $20 vs $40 if you paid by the garage entrance.
