We absolutely LOVED our interactions with the RealPro TEAM. We were first introduced to RealPro at a home improvement show in NC where I was able to ask Scott numerous questions without overwhelming information. He was not pushy nor aggressive. Just informative which is what I prefer. The owner, Brian, came to our home and explained the process and pricing and helped us set up an appointment. Jocelyn, the coordinator, explained the upcoming steps from taping off necessary areas in our home and reassuring us that maximum attention would be paid to our belongings. She also kept contact with us by phone and in person throughout the entire process. Our installation team, Jack and Mark, have over 30 years experience, individually, EXCELLENT workmanship! J.T., Austin and Michael have done an amazing job to demo my old kitchen and install the new one. In 2 weeks, everything was taken care of. J.T. and Austin came over the weekend to make sure that the backsplash was properly installed within the originally promised time frame. They were willing to accommodate a few small special request as well installing some special tile and adjusting the range height to match the new cabinets. Very happy with their work
